How long will it take?Meredith believes that every business is a unique entity with unique needs. She will work with you to create a specialized implementation plan that can be executed within a timeframe that allows for success!

Who needs to be involved?Although Meredith works proactively with business owners, she will need to talk with every team member and spend time with the Leadership team to cultivate the best results. Meredith understands that time is valuable and will respect everyone’s time. Communication is vital for successful implementation, and she will be mindful to communicate frequently and succinctly.

Are there any requirements?Please complete the Roadmap to Impact assessments and bring to your discovery call. Revenue: It’s best if your company is generating $1M + in revenue with at least a 10% net profit margin. Industry/Business Location: Meredith has worked with companies across multiple sections including, but not limited to, supply/logistics, company-sponsored research, podcast production, and other digital creative agencies. She has worked in companies with physical locations as well as completely remote workspaces. Team Size: There is no minimum number of team members or employees.

How much does it cost to work with Meredith?Meredith’s monthly retainer for implementation begins at $10,000/month but may vary depending on the size of the company and her current contracts. Group coaching membership starts is $1,500/month with a 6 month commitment. Course subscription (coming soon) starts at $400/month.
